- 5 / 5By Helen YamamotoHaving grown up in San Francisco I tend to eat a LOT of Chinese food, and I was shocked to find such an amazing spot in a place like Pollock Pines. The food is easily the best I've been able to find in the entire town in the few weeks I've been visiting and is on par with some of the higher end Chinese places I've visited (aside from their reasonable prices). They offer take-out if you're staying in the area or want to call ahead from the road in case you'd prefer to eat in the car (maybe on the way to Tahoe), and the service inside the restaurant is very friendly if you decide to sit down. The egg flower soup, won ton soup, salt baked ribs, and chicken lettuce wraps (appetizer) are especially yummy!December 26, 2016
