  Real great spot! Hardly any errors, and are fixed quickly eating in (if any errors). A little slow to receive food, but cashiers are attentive. Ill continue to swing by frequently :)

  Slowest Taco bell ever! The food is fine and the people nice I just don't know why it takes so long EVERY SINGLE TIME.

  This is a solid taco bell with good quality food and polite service, the only downer is it is quite possibly the slowest taco bell I have ever been to.

  I sure would like to know who owns and manages the Taco Bell in Pollock Pines. My experience today was awful. I had to wait 12 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos in the drive-through. I honked my horn several times to draw attention from the workers inside, but no response. I had to be somewhere at 11:00 and didn't have time to wait almost a quarter of an hour. So I got out and opened the service window and said I wanted my money back because i couldn't wait any longer. There was some flippant young man saying 'they were shorthanded' it was just an excuse, because I could see 4 workers milling around while my order was sitting on the counter. I got angry with the young man's attitude and he told me to 'cool it' !! All around lousy customer service.
